Jennifer Courtney-Trice, Vice President, HR

As Vice President of Human Resources, Jennifer Courtney-Trice and her team are responsible for shaping and maintaining systems that foster the welfare, career advancement, and professional growth of our employees.

Jennifer Courtney-Trice, SPHR, joined Steritech in 2007 after spending 15 years working in a host of human resources roles for consumer products giant Kimberly-Clark. Jennifer and members of her team are critical liaisons between the Steritech Leadership Team and operations, sales, and administration staff. Jennifer is responsible for the management of Steritech’s People First platform, an ongoing initiative to refine Steritech’s Human Resources Department functions, with an emphasis on programs to attract, hire, motivate, develop, and retain the best possible candidates. Under her tenure, Steritech has achieved an all-time high in retention and turnover, hovering near the 16% mark, well below the national average of 40%.
