Michael Hutchins, Vice President, Information Technology

As Vice President of IT, Michael Hutchins oversees the technology systems infrastructure of the company, supporting over 1,000 office and remote users, as well as clients across North America.

Since joining the company in 1997 as the first dedicated IT employee, Michael has been the key figure in developing, building, and expanding Steritech’s extensive technology infrastructure, proprietary software, and critical systems. Michael manages the largest departmental staff at Steritech’s Corporate Office, a team that provides IT support for users and clients in both the U.S. and Canada. Michael and his team lead the way in the company’s innovation objective, constantly evaluating and introducing tools to help increase efficiency and service quality. He was instrumental in the development of Steritech’s OnBrand™ Mobile Technology platform, and today is ushering in a new era of compliance management systems with OnBrand360™. Michael also pushed to move route management into a new era at Steritech, and has been responsible for the implementation of two route management systems during his tenure.
