Mike Lynch, Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Mike Lynch oversees Steritech's fiscal health with operations spanning two countries and revenue of over $130 million.

Mike oversees day-to-day operations at Steritech's Corporate Office in Charlotte.  Under his direct supervision are the teams responsible for financial reporting, national account billing, legal matters, insurance programs, banking relationship, accounting, acquisitions, asset and fleet management, and contract review.

He joined the Steritech team in 1991 as a Regional Account Executive and quickly found his niche as the Chief Financial Officer in 1993. In his career with the company, Mike has helped to shape and implement corporate standards, policies and reporting programs.

In 2012, Mike was named as a finalist in The Charlotte Business Journal's annual CFO of the Year Awards, which recognize individuals who excel in their roles as financial stewards of firms located within the 16-county area that makes up the Charlotte metro region.

Mike is a native of the Charlotte area, a proud graduate of UNC Chapel Hill and a die hard Tar Heel.
